Each spacious and modern apartment consists of 2 separate bedrooms, a private bathroom, living room, fully-equipped kitchen, and screened-in porch. Our apartments have free WiFi, cable TV, telephone, and A/C. Apartment guests have full access to The Gull Motel pool and gas grills.

The second floor Gull apartment has two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with a double/twin bunk bed (double on bottom, twin on top). This 2nd Floor apartment accommodates a maximum of 5 people.

THE GULL APARTMENTS POLICIES
Rates: Rates are based upon 4 people in the Apartments.
Additional Charges: $10.00 each extra person.
Cots & Cribs available $5 extra per day.
Reservation Deposit Apartments: $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the reservation, plus $100 security deposit.
Cancellation Policy: $250 deposit is non-refundable. The balance of your security deposit will be returned if canceled in writing 10 or more days prior to arrival.
Check In Time: 2:00 p.m.
Check Out Time: 10:00 a.m.
