COTTAGE POLICIES
Rates: Based upon 4 people per unit
Additional Charges: $10.00 for 5th child (see max occ policy).
Cots & Cribs available $5 extra per day.
Maximum Occupancy: 4 Adults with no children or up to 5 in cottage including 2 adults and their children.
Reservation Deposit for Cottages: $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the reservation, plus $100 security deposit.
Cancellation Policy: $250 deposit is non-refundable. The balance of your security deposit will be returned if canceled in writing 10 or more days prior to arrival.
Check In Time: 2:00 p.m.
Check Out Time: 10:00 a.m.
