Our two bedroom cottages are located adjacent to the beach and are perfect for a family looking for a relaxing beach vacation with all the comforts and conveniences of home. All four Gull Cottages have ocean views and two offer spectacular views looking directly across the open Atlantic.

All two-bedroom cottages feature a private bath with a shower, screened in porch, air conditioning, cable TV, and a full kitchen. Each cottage has a bedroom with one double bed and a bedroom with a trundle bed (2 twin beds).

Kitchens include refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, utensils and dishes (no oven).

The Gull Cottages property features a huge yard with lounge chairs and picnic tables, plus gas grills for your use  if you wish to cook out during your stay.

Cottage guests may use the Gull Motel's outdoor heated pool just steps away. There is free parking for one car for each cottage.

Sheets, towels and daily housekeeping are NOT included in these cottage units.

Rates: Based upon 4 people per unit
Maximum Occupancy: 4
Reservation Deposit for Cottages: $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the reservation, plus $100 security deposit.
Cancellation Policy: $250 deposit is non-refundable. The balance of your security deposit will be returned if canceled in writing 10 or more days prior to arrival.
Check In Time: 2:00 p.m.
Check Out Time: 10:00 a.m.
